Internal Stakeholders

Some of the internal stakeholders of the Centre for Health Science are already in place and working as part of Phase 1 of the facility.

Others will join the Centre as part of Phases 2 and 3, which will be completed in May 2008 and August respectively.

The key stakeholders are:

NHS Education for Scotland (NES) – education, training and CPD across all medical and health professions

NES – Dental Institute

Centre for Rural Health (University of Aberdeen & University of the Highlands & Islands) – Offices and Laboratories

Phase Three

NHS Highland - NHS Diabetes Centre (diabetes outpatient clinic)

University of the Highlands & Islands (UHI) - Department of Diabetes, Clinical Research Facility

Lifescan (Scotland Ltd) - R&D Laboratories and Offices
