01 October 2007 Official Signing of Highland Diabetes Institute Formation Agreement Diabetes research in Scotland is to receive a significant boost with the launch of a pioneering collaboration between the NHS Highland, UHI Millennium Institute and Lifescan Scotland in Inverness.
