Business Incubation

The overall objective of the Centre is to develop a facility that will accommodate together some of the healthcare and medical-related organizations in and around Inverness in order to encourage their growth, interaction and innovation. The Centre for Health Science has been designed to create a climate that stimulates commercialisation opportunities and in turn leading to new products, services and ultimately, businesses.

Within both phases 2 and 3 there is dedicated business incubation space. The total space available is approximately 480 square meters and is primarily available to health orientated firms with high growth potential.

The minimum or maximum space required by a business or organisation is negotiable and flexible in format; it can be utilised for office or laboratory space. Leasing arrangements are also flexible on the basis of 2 year leases, longer leases would be at the discretion of the landlorad, Highlands and Islands Enterprise.
